Natural Landscape Meets Formal Garden
August 15, 2015

Not all gardens are created equal, especially those that are triangular in shape. Such garden spaces are not that uncommon, especially in newer subdivisions. There are many ways to overcome this design challenge. Some ideas include creating a false perspective. In the photo an elegant structure has been added to visually cut off the sharp corner – partitions work well too.

The garden can also beneift from small trees that add vertical height and structural planting to divide up the view. If you have a space that requires a creative approach to make it work more effectively, call me to arrange an initial consultation.Harriet White770-312-0556harriet@southernlandscapeatlanta.com
