Harriet studied landscape design at The Art Institute of Atlanta and has been working in the Atlanta market for over 30 years. She focuses how the landscape can make the whole property feel more connected. She looks at each yard individually, taking in the home, the setting, and the way the space is meant to be lived in. For Harriet, the best landscapes feel natural, beautiful, and like an extension of your home.
We walk the property together getting to know the landscape and how you want to use it. Together, you’ll talk through what is working, what isn’t, and what you envision for the space while she considers the grade, light, drainage, and existing plants.
We take what we learn together and translate your vision into a custom landscape design created specifically for your property. The finished plan is a beautifully detailed, scaled drawing showing plant placement, hardscape elements, and grade changes, giving you a clear picture of how everything will come together; this is also where we make any revisions before moving forward.
Once you are happy with the design, we move into installation with the same team that developed the plan. We work efficiently and carefully, keeping the property clean throughout the process and making sure what you see and love on paper is carried through in the finished landscape.
